How to read the lights
Interested (green light): questions back, longer answers, turning toward you, finding reasons to keep talking. Relax and be yourself.
Mixed signals (yellow light): polite but short, friendly but busy, a maybe. Lower the pressure and let her lead.
Not interested (red light): one-word answers, headphones back in, a step back, a partner mentioned. Wish her well and go.
